I’m James Wilson, an accredited therapist and behaviour change coach with over 16 years of professional experience. Since 2009, I’ve helped more than 600 clients, including executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals—navigate complex transitions, overcome internal barriers, and lead with greater clarity and intention.

Since 2009, I’ve worked with clients from North America, South America, Australia, Asia, and Europe, supporting meaningful behaviour change for professionals in a wide range of sectors. I’ve been based in the UK, France, and now the US, so I understand cross-cultural work environments, and the emotional weight that comes with high responsibility.

My coaching approach combines evidence-based methods (CBT, ACT, DBT) with the Two-Minds Approach, helping you shift out of reactive habits and into intentional, values-aligned leadership.
