ABOUT ME

I help leaders, professionals and high-performers strengthen the inner confidence that allows them to communicate clearly, act with intention, and stay grounded under pressure.

My work focuses on how people relate to their own mind, especially in moments that matter. When stress rises, capable people often find themselves reacting, avoiding, or becoming stuck in unhelpful patterns. I help clients develop the skills to pause, regain perspective, and choose how they respond, so their actions reflect who they want to be rather than what pressure dictates.

This approach is grounded in what I call the Two Minds Approach.

Your Rooted Mind is fast, emotional, and protective. It generates thoughts, urges, and feelings shaped by your upbringing, culture, evolution, trauma and genetics. Its role is to keep you safe, not necessarily to help you grow.

Your Conscious Mind is the home of your wisdom, values, kindness, logic and courage. It’s the part of you that can reflect, choose, and act with intention.

The Conscious Mind Empowerment Method is how I help people strengthen their ability to return to this part of themselves, especially when things feel hard. It’s what allows clients to move from reaction to choice, and from automatic behaviour to values-led action.

I bring over 17 years’ experience in the mental health and coaching fields to this work. Before moving to the United States, I trained and worked as a qualified and accredited psychotherapist in both France and the United Kingdom, in private practice and within one of the UK’s leading mental health providers.

Throughout my career, I’ve supported people from every corner of the globe and across a wide range of fields, including academia, sport, the arts, entertainment, and the corporate world. I’ve helped clients navigate challenges such as low confidence, anxiety, work-related stress, and major life transitions, with a focus on helping them act in line with their values, even when discomfort is present.

My work is practical, grounded, and compassionate. It is not about “fixing” thoughts or forcing yourself to feel different. It’s about learning how your mind works and developing the capacity to respond with clarity, courage, and purpose in real-world conditions.

I am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and am bound by its Code of Ethics. I undertake regular continuing professional development and receive monthly supervision with an appropriately qualified and experienced practitioner. This ensures that my work remains ethical, effective, and rooted in best practice.

At its heart, my work is about helping people live and lead from their values and wisdom, especially when it matters most.
